Mr. Ribero is Inteligencia Qualitative Research’s senior consultant/analyst. He is an experienced moderator and Inteligencia Qualitative Research’s senior consultant/analyst. Furthermore, Mr. Ribero helps differentiate Inteligencia’s services by drawing from his experience and knowledge of diverse Hispanic cultures, adding strategic marketing discipline, and offering client/partners value-added marketing direction.
Mr. Ribero works closely with Ms. Jackeline Fernández, Inteligencia’s president, on the design, implementation and analysis of all customized projects. This team effort has proved to be advantageous to clients as their disciplines join together to provide studies that go well beyond limited findings to provide actionable and marketable results.
Mr. Ribero has moderated a significant number of Hispanic focus groups in the areas of: packaged goods, distilled spirits, hi-technology, automotive, financial services, telecommunications and healthcare to name a few.
Before joining Inteligencia, Mr. Ribero was a partner and Chief Operating Officer for Natcom Marketing, a full-service marketing communications agency where he directed high-profile accounts such as Lucent Technologies, The Florida Lottery and 3Com, among others. NatCom is recognized for its unique campaigns and prestigious clients such as Burger King, American Airlines, Chevron, RJ Reynolds, Nabisco, Budweiser and Coors Brewing for which the agency developed a promotion that was selected as the year's best global program when the Air France Concorde set a series of Guinness Book world records as it circumnavigated the globe.
Mr. Ribero, of Cuban and Colombian descent, has Hispanic marketing in his blood, having lived and worked in Latin America.
